I believe this is a key point since, students who are confused, can sometimes feel uneasy and loose their confidence. Michael had an extensive knowledge on the subject, always came prepared and with loads of helpful material. Whenever there was something a bit out of his expertise, he would go out of his way and research it himself to get familiar with it, which is very admirable.
