Caitlyn was was failing the subject at the beginning of the term and recently got 80% for her exam. She is an amazing teacher and has connected with Caitlyn. “She won Christalè over by being friendly, yet strict. Explained in detail from scratch to make Christalè understand. She was punctual and had a lesson plan at hand, which is a sign of being structured and organised to me. She had very little time to her available to prep Christalè for each exam, but Refiloe aced it! I tested Christalè after each session and was amazed by her improvement, even though there wasn't a lot of time available. I am anxiously awaiting the marks. Thank you to Refiloe! Christalè was definitely more confident and relaxed before each exam and Refiloe's input had everything to do with it! Highly recommend Refiloe for secondary school tutoring. ”
