I'm attentive, patient and invested in student success. I've got experience tutoring with all skill levels from middle school through to undergrad. I have dyslexia and know what it's like to struggle to simply survive a class. But, together we can master any math course!

About Nithya

Experience up to Multivariable Calculus in high school; proof-based and additional calculus classes in college. I have lots of experience with standardized exams (800 SAT Math 2 Subject and 800 SAT Math) as well as competitions (MathCON Gold Medalist, AIME qualifier, math modeling contest finalist).

About Matthew

I have experience helping students with math dating back to my time in high school. I can teach algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, and trigonometry. As a physics B.A., I place an emphasis on word problems and real-world applications of math.

About Eric

As a recent high school graduate who has completed 4 years of advanced math, I have a firm understanding of the fundamental concepts that structure how math is taught in school and will teach by repetition and explaining the “why” behind the concepts.

About Ziyin

I received straight A's in math courses all the way from first grade to twelth and I received university credit for Calculus III, as well as a 5 on the Calc BC AP exam. I'm confident in my math skills and I love teaching others how to understand and appreciate math, not just plug in formulas!

Hi! My name is Jamie and I'm a honors student at UCLA with a 4.0 GPA. In high school, I earned a 1550 on my SAT, maintained a 4.5 GPA, took 14 AP/honors courses, and tested for 6 SAT subject exams. I've been tutoring for over four years and have earned top grades in many honors math courses.

About Sebastian

I'm a graduate of Purdue University in Electrical Engineering and have taken math courses at the highest level. I've taken every Calculus as well as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra so I can help with just about any problem. I also received a 33 on my ACT, with a 35 in the math section!

About Moriah

I've taught Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2 in the past and have helped students with their NYC Regents. I'm familiar with the coursework and have done well academically in the subjects as well.

About Alexis

I have maintained an A average for all High School/University math classes taken while pursuing a Chemistry degree. I believe learning math is about establishing the basics and building on those skills to move towards more difficult topics.

About Griffin

I am a Computer Science PhD student with experience in Basic Algebra, Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Discrete Mathematics topics. I have taken 6 semesters of university-level mathematics and love to help out students who want to improve their math skills!
