She is also very patient and her calm nature is assuring, even if there are challenges with the learners she keeps her cool and focus, calmly so ensuring that the learner understands. She is always on time, prepared and when thrown off by the learner she is able to pull a rabbit out of the hat to accommodate. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, so did my daughter.
