She has patience and enjoys teaching as she gets excited when i am able to solve more and more problems. She is very dedicated and motivated in helping me achieve my goals and pushed me to my full potential. “I was not familiar with the VAT Control account as to where to get figures and after Ruben has explained it to me I am now comfortable with it. Also with the sides of balances of Assets, Expenses, Liabilities, Income etc. As I did get confused between all of them. And He also showed me what to look out for when there is a specific question to reduce the stock to a certain amount they ask for with a journal entry and GL entry. I would have just left that question out not balancing in my trial balance and it would have caused me marks. Well Done - Ruben is a very clever individual who really knows his accounting and have the world's patience with me! I do appreciate his help.”

Unlike many tutors/teachers I have come across, it is not just that he obviously knows the work exceptionally well but he is excellent at conveying the idea to the learner, in this case me. He made a subject I battle with seem like a breeze which made it a treat. If any of my friends ever struggled with financial accounting I wouldn't hesitate, in fact I'd insist, that Jean be the man to help them with their problems. Over and above his academic prowess he is also a very personable and lekker oak to be around (forgive my slang). ”
