“Pieter has an incredible talent to stay calm and explain matters to Frans even if Frans does not understand it the first time. He has shown significant improvement from 38% in the first semester, to 56% in the second semester and he has already had 68% for his semester test this third semester. Pieter is very friendly and a lovely person to work with and we would recommend him to everyone else. He is simply brilliant!”

She gives informative feedback after each session, and is very considerate in confirming the following week's session, or need to change a time. She welcomes contact during the week should Robyn require it, and is genuinely interested in Robyn's progress.
