“We arranged that Mlungisi facilitate the Maths Assessment that Ntokozo had to do online at PostNet. During the assessment PostNet experienced internet failure and Mlungisi allowed Ntokozo to finish the assessment on his (Mlungisi's) private mobile. Because of the trouble experienced the assessment took 30min longer (which has been added to my account). I really appreciate the initiative displayed to assist Ntokozo in finishing the assessment in a stressful situation.”
