How We Select Our School Tutors
While we are eager to recruit tutors in all university courses and from all geographical areas, we maintain very strict selection criteria in order to protect our high standards. Having excelled in such courses in the past, tutors have extensive knowledge in the subject they wish to teach. In addition, factors such as teaching ability and general attitude carry significant weight in our estimation of tutoring potential. But the biggest factor we consider is whether a candidate is serious about being a role model, a mentor and an encourager in the lives of our pupils.
