I am an English teacher (PGCE and TEFL) with experience working in multilingual contexts, both in South Africa and abroad.
I am patient, consistent and meticulous. I also strive to create a positive and encouraging teaching environment.

Achievements
• I taught English in France for 14 months - an experience that broadened my professional and cultural horizons!
• I created a killer scone recipe a few years ago, and I have yet to come across another that rivals it!

Grade 1 - Grade 12 Cambridge, CAPSI majored in English at university, and I also have a PGCE with specialisation in English teaching. My experience includes teaching in SA, teaching online, and tutoring at 3 different schools in France.

TEFL
Beginner - Intermediate 120-Hour TEFL CertificateIn addition to my BA and teaching qualification, I have a TEFL certificate, and 2.5 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language online. From October 2020 to May 2022 I taught English as a foreign language to middle school, high school and college students in France.
