Ranking in the top 3 for Accounting in Grade 9 boosted my confidence and passion for the subject. Later, I helped a struggling friend turn failing grades into a pass, proving my ability to teach, motivate, and simplify complex concepts to help others succeed.

Maths has always been a passion of mine—I maintained above 80% from grades 8-11 and qualified for AP Maths in grade 9. I completed AP Maths and studied Maths in my first year of university. I love helping students grasp concepts with clarity and confidence.

My experience as a debating chairlady sharpened my English skills, vocabulary, and ability to communicate effectively. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and master the language with ease.

Afrikaans has been my strength since grade 8, and I consistently excelled in speeches. While I narrowly missed a distinction, my deep understanding and passion for the language make me a strong tutor, ready to help students master Afrikaans with confidence.

Life Orientation is more than just an easy subject—it’s a key to personal growth. I’ve consistently achieved top marks since Grade 8 and can help students do the same. My calm nature and ability to identify learning gaps make my lessons engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

Biology has fascinated me since high school, leading to distinctions in my first year of university. I love how its concepts connect to the human body, making them easier to grasp. Now, I’m eager to share my knowledge and help students master this subject with confidence.

I have done research for 3 years now, having completed my Honours degree and currently the final year of my Masters. I also had the chance to complete a module last year covering Research concepts and research methodology and therefore I am equipped to assist students with this course.
