I am currently completing my Masters in Genomic Medicine at Wits. I am passionate in seeking knowledge and helping others learn.
I have been tutoring maths and science for the past two years. During high school, I would spend time after school helping my peers in work they did not fully understand. During high school I was in charge of the first aid team and would help students who were injured. This taught me patience, how to remain calm on stressful situations, and to think quickly to find a solution.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI’d help my peers by guiding them to pick of the relevant information to back up their argument and develop and structure their answers and essays. I believe I am equipped to tutor history and build confidence in students as well as assist students who may have trouble articulating their thoughts.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12Understanding how to answer different questions asked in an English exam and analysing different pieces of literature helped me to develop critical thinking skills. I want to encourage students to feel comfortable expressing their opinions and think abstractly.
