I have always loved Afrikaans, it being my home language. I find that Afrikaans, however difficult, is a captivating language and can be appreciated if it is understood.

I have always loved the language and spend a lot of time reading English fiction and classics. I consistently performed throughout high school and ended my matric year with a mark above 90%.

The subject is my passion and I have always achieved a distinction. It is one of those area ls of learning that I like to engage with outside of formal learning.

I have practical experience in the subject and I also continuously achieved a distinction. I participated in my school's theatre production for four years and was awarded with the highest achievement in the subject in my matric year.

History is a fascinating subject that held a lot of value for me while studying it. I love sharing my fascination for the subject and would love to pass on the skills that earned me my distinction in matric.
