I believe that the lives of others matter. I believe in the potential of others and help them to see their potential.
Since 2007, I have made a point of training staff in my care. It's important that those in my team know as much as I do, and strive to know more. This has inspired many to pursue their own path of gaining knowledge. Some have enrolled in short courses, and others qualifications.

Achievements
• In 2016, 8 learners from the Business Administration Service Learnership deemed competent with minimal remediation during the 12 month programme
• Successfully establishing a learning & development department focused on training staff who previously were not given an accredited or certified training

Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI obtained my BSc with distinction in Microbiology as first major and Physiology as second major. I completed an MSc in LIfe Sciences.
Chemistry
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCPart of a BSc Life Sciences syllabus is Chemistry. I completed second year Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 10 NSCMathematics is a key fundamental for Physical Sciences and is important for development of logical reasoning. I have completed tertiary level chemistry and first year of Accounting and Economics with the School of Business Leadership.
Mathematics Literacy
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI mentored and coached learners on a Business Administration learnership programme that included Mathematics Literacy.
