Internships are short-term professional learning experiences that companies offer to enable people, usually university students or recent graduates, to gain practical work experience related to their qualifications or career interests. Interns typically work on projects relevant to the objectives of the organisation, learn about their field of study and develop a wide range of technical and interpersonal skills.
