I am a friendly individual who has a passion for education and for helping others succeed in their academic goals. I am dedicated, enthusiastic, and patient.
My ability to relay the content in a relatable and understandable manner makes me great at helping others. My years of experience in tutoring and lecturing certainly also add to my ability to help others. Beyond that, my passion for and dedication to helping students succeed is the main reason why I am great at helping others.

Subjects
Criminology
First Year - Third Year KRM110, KRM120, KRM210, KRM220, KRM310, KRM320I have a love for Criminology as a field, as well as for teaching it. I had Criminology as one of my majors at the University of Pretoria and took it for three years whilst completing my undergraduate degree.
Psychology
First Year - Postgrad SLK110, SLK120, SLK210, SLK220, SLK310, SLK320I am a Psychology Honours graduate. My passion for Psychology extends beyond practice and into education. I tutored Psychology at the University of Pretoria for four years and six months, before becoming a guest lecturer for first-year Psychology (Sept. 2019 - Nov. 2021).
Research Methodology
First Year - Third Year RES120, RES310, SLK764I have completed two degrees where Research & Research Methodology modules were a requirement. I understand the content and can relay it successfully. This includes research proposals, data collection methods, basic statistics, and tips on how to write a dissertation (Humanities based).
CAT
Grade 1 - Grade 10 IEBComputer Applications Technology was my favourite subject at school, and I still love it today. I had further computer training at University (Course code: AIM 101) and have kept up with trends in the field. I can assist with learning methods, and understanding concepts/theories.
Mathematics Literacy
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBI thoroughly enjoyed Mathematical Literacy during my high school years and I feel that I am a great tutor due to my patience and dedication to seeing students succeed.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 10 IEB (First Additional Language)Afrikaans is my Second Home Language and is still spoken often at home. Therefore I am a suitable tutor for this subject.
Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBLife Orientation is a fundamental part of an individuals' school career - it is imperative to do well. I have a solid understanding of the subject and can assist with concepts that are unclear to the student, as well as help with study techniques and methods that work best for the student.
