Bio
I am a bilingual graduate with a degree in Biology. I am passionate about biology, maths and language, and I believe in guidance that unlocks confidence and belief in yourself.
I am the class representative in my current postgraduate degree, which allows me to practice problem-solving and communication daily. Within my undergraduate degree, I took child and education psychology classes, which have taught me a great deal about school learning and the importance of empathy and understanding. I am also known to be approachable and patient.

I was also awarded the creative writing award at the end of matric, and it is my favourite topic to teach!
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI am a passionate graduate and studied Human Life Sciences at Stellenbosch University, majoring in Genetics. Biology is an incredibly engaging subject and a pleasure to teach. Biology demonstrates analytical thinking and meaningful conclusions, which father new ideas and future discoveries.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBThere is a saying that the success of a maths student, is dependent on the engagement and time invested by the teacher. I have seen this be true many times throughout my academic career, which is why I am a thorough believer in patience and creative problem solving when teaching maths.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI have been in an English school all my life and understand the difficulties in learning first additional language Afrikaans. I am sensitive to a sense of anxiety with oral presentations and writing Afrikaans grammar tests! But with the right help, anyone can ace this descriptive language!
