I am an academic by nature and ambitious about Science. Analytically I am strong but still I have excellent people skills.
I have excellent people skills. I am compassionate. I believe in positive reinforcement. I've worked with uneducated upcoming farmers for 4 years in rural development areas. Under these conditions, I was able to inspire, advise, teach and lead the farmers to establish their own small sustainable farming systems. I love people. I'm creative in sharing my knowledge and explaining difficult concepts.
