I spent 10 years in the media industry but am now a full-time student again in the health sciences field. I believe in continuous learning and I enjoy equipping others with tools to help themselves.
I've held many managerial positions in my corporate past and was responsible for training and mentoring of junior staff. I also enjoy adult teaching and have participated in various health promotion activities.
