Bio

I love working with people and helping young people see the beauty in math. I’m always willing and ready to be extra patient, while observing how the student learns best.

I believe in giving every human a chance at life. I work with an NPO known as BYLI for that very reason. I would really love the chance to teach anyone who is struggling at school, and give them yet another chance at this education thing!

Hi! I’m Mudinda, an Economics & Applied Statistics student at UCT. I am involved with residence student leadership as I love to work with people. In high school, I started a peer tutoring programme. I achieved 6 distinctions for my matric final including an 86 for maths.

English

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSC

I moved from doing English Home Language in primary to FAL in high school. I was very good at HL which makes me excellent in FAL. I love teaching this subject, and I got 82% for it in high school.

Tshivenda

Beginner

In matric, I managed to get a distinction for Tshivenda, 85%. This isn't what makes me a great tutor for this subject, but the fact that it is my mother tongue. I use my expert tutoring skills to teach Tshivenda perfectly as I grew up speaking it.
