Bio
I'm an academic who also loves a great adventure. These two aspects have helped me approach learning from a different perspective and now I enjoy sharing those new perspectives with others.
I am patient and believe in perseverance. Once I see that someone is giving something that is challenging them they're all, I give them my all as well and in the end, my student and I form a team. I'm also empathetic and so teaching to me is not just spilling out facts, I am connecting with a real human being and helping make their life a little easier and for me, that is one of the best parts.

Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI believe that Life Orientation(LO) is a very "real" subject meaning that you have to go beyond the scope of what you are taught in class and really explore the topic for yourself. When I tutor my students I give them a rounded view of the topic to enhance and strengthen what they learn in class.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI love biology, however, I know that it is a time-consuming subject with many intricate systems that one must know and understand to pass well. When tutoring I learn what interests my student so as to find ways to relate the topics we're doing together to things they're knowledgeable about.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBOftentimes people who are struggling with math just need the concept explained differently. When I tutor math, it is important to me to dedicate time to the student whether that be researching different resources to help them understand, sending videos or being available after hours for questions.
Physics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBPhysics is challenging, but I've found that breaking concepts up into manageable sections and consistent practice, can be aced and even mastered! I help my students by keeping them accountable, explaining content they find challenging, but also just supporting through the good and bad.
