Tutored a Grade 8 student Mathematics with Teach Me 2 between Oct 2010 - Mar 2011. Additionally used a fair amount of 1st-year university Applied Mathematics in my Advanced Macro and Micro Economics course at UCT.

Completed coursework: Business Law, Financial Accounting, Game Theory (Strategic Thinking), Financial Mathematics, and Information Systems. I have also recently run my own consulting company (2018-2020), and currently hold the position of co-chairman on the board of a non profit organization (NPO).

I also majored in Politics at the the University of Cape Town, analyzing a lot of local and global historical political events.

Geography was my second highest mark for Matric (80%). My father, being a Geologist, has taught me a lot about the way the natural world works. I grew up reading National Geographic magazines. I've also lived in 5 different countries.

One of my core strengths or skills is verbal and written communication. I enjoy writing and have published a few blog articles. My main skill in this area is helping students structure good essays and write professional, business-style documents.

Reading, writing and speaking foreign languages is a strong passion of mine. My French mark was my highest mark out of all my Matric results.

Previously tutored Economics in February 2011 for Teach Me 2. I majored in Economics at the University of Cape Town. It is a subject that I am very passionate about. I also have practical work experience in Economic Development.

I lived in Colombia, South America for 5 years of my life, where I learned to read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Recently, I also learned Romanian (another romance language), so I know what it takes to learn a foreign language.
