Bio
I appreciate the value of hard work, but also of taking care of yourself as an important step to doing your best. I believe that having patience is one of the best virtues you can possibly have.
I have a lot of patience with others. I also have an anxiety disorder, ADHD, and hearing damage from an accident when I was younger, so I have personal experience with struggling in certain classes and with certain subjects and assignments! I want to help others because having learning difficulties does mould your perception of the world and of studying differently than that of your peers.

My Proudest
Achievements
• Some of my proudest achievements include receiving my academic honours in Grade 11 for outstanding achievements in my studies, as well as completing my first year of university with 6 distinctions out of seven subjects. I'm also very proud of my progress regarding my marks.
Subjects
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI took English Home Language at school from grade 10 to grade 12 and have found in it my passion for languages. I am particularly fond of literature and I am currently pursuing a degree in Creative Writing.
History
Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSCI only took history up to 9th grade, but I have always been fascinated by humanity and our progress through the ages. Even now it is still a great hobby of mine to research past events merely for knowledge's worth.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSCI LOVE biology! It was one of my favourite subjects and thanks to a wonderful teacher I received a distinction for Life Sciences at the Prize-giving. Attached as an optional document is my Matric report card for the first 3 terms of 2019.
Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCIt's one of the easier subjects if you know where to look to find pasella marks, and luckily I had an amazing teacher who taught me how to. If I can pass that knowledge on, I'll have done some good!
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI have a keen interest in languages, and Afrikaans is a language rich in history and hidden gems! I also took Afrikaans Home Language for my entire school career.
Business Studies
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI took Business Studies as a filler subject at first, but thanks to the attitude and effort my teacher put into her subject, I fell in love with it. I really enjoyed this subject and I want to help others who also at first might have thought of it as a "dull" subject.
Natural Science
Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSCI LOVE biology! It was one of my favourite subjects and thanks to a wonderful teacher I received a distinction for Life Sciences at the Prize-giving. Attached as an optional document is my Matric report card for the first 3 terms of 2019.
Economic Management Science (EMS)

English
First Year ENG1502This is a first-level university course module presented by UNISA, and it focuses on the Foundations of English Language Studies. I found it informational and enriching.
