I make lists of lists - this means that I am a really organised person. Attention to detail allows me to thrive.
I have a sixth sense when it comes to students. I can foresee what they will struggle with and what they wont understand. Therefore I specifically simplify these aspects and focus on teaching the basics first.

• My distinctions that I obtained for Grade 12 as well as my degree.
• I received an "Oustanding staff member" award from the Mayor of the City of Cape Town while I worked for the City.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am Afrikaans speaking and have strong written and spoken abilities. A career in journalism was strongly suggested when I left school ( I eventually went down a different road but the talent is still there).
History
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI can teach History in English or Afrikaans as I am fully bilingual and this was one of my favorite subjects in high school.
