I have always loved Mathematics and have taught it to my classmates throughout high school. I am in my second year of university and still do Maths modules. I also achieved 96% for the subject in Matric.

I always wanted to study Accounting when I was at school and only decided to do Actuarial Science in my Matric year. I loved Accounting and did it in my first year of university as well. I achieved 91% for Accounting in Matric.

I have always loved reading and writing essays and poetry has always come naturally to me. English is my home language and I have always enjoyed it.

I went to a dual medium school where I was exposed to Afrikaans from an early age. Being in Stellenbosch tests my Afrikaans on a daily basis and helps me to keep improving. Afrikaans is a lovely language to learn due to its simple rules and how easy it is to understand, with the right teacher.

Economics was recommended to me by a teacher at school and I loved it from my first day. I excel at essay writing and understanding the Economic content.

I obtained a distinction in Physics. It is one of my favourite subjects.

I loved my Business Management course and enjoyed the calculations as well as a little bit of theory. It is very similar to the Financial Risk module that I am currently taking.
