I am positive and hardworking. I and flexible in my approach to tutoring as I believe that my job is to help my students come to an understanding of the subject matter in their own way.
I am someone who has received a lot of help to get where I am today and that is why I enjoy helping others. I am a good listener which, I believe, is necessary if your job is to ascertain people's needs.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBOne of the most fulfilling experiences of my life was volunteering as an SAT Tutor in 2016. My students were second language English speakers who were predominantly concerned about the English portion of the Test. Watching their scores improve over the time I worked with them filled me with pride.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI detested math until I found it in the things I loved. It’s everywhere, not just books. And once I found it in the world around me, it made hard times worth it. Math is not easy but it can be an adventure, and I would love to share that with you!
History
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBI have always enjoyed history because our lives are shaped by it. It’s a part of our story. If I can place myself in the context of what I am learning, then it becomes a story I can tell, rather than facts to remember. I want to share this though process with you!
Zulu
Grade 1 - Grade 12 MSCCommunication is a door to connecting with others and language is a key to that door. Barriers are meant to be broken, and language is just one. Teaching others my home language feels more like helping them to connect with someone new.
Drama
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI didn’t just love drama in High School, it was my passion. If you’re passionate about something, you want to share it with others. This is what makes a really good drama tutor.
