I am a Research Technician in pre-clinical medical research at Duke University with a BS in Quantitative Biology from UNC Chapel Hill. I love math, and I love biology.
While working on my bachelors degree, I worked part time as a mathematics tutor for grades K-12. The people I tutored consistently improved their grades and commended me for my ability to take complex problems and present them in a more understandable way.

My Proudest
Achievements
• I am a first generation college graduate, and I am incredibly proud that with hard work and a sharp mind I was able to graduate two semesters early.

• I have also fostered dozens of dogs with a local rescue group. I take dogs into my home, nurture them, and then help them find their forever homes.
