Bio
I am a student in my second year of study at UCT. I am studying towards a degree in Business Science, Finance and Accounting.
While I did not attain the status of an 8 distinctions candidate at school, I firmly believe that the ability to impart knowledge effectively is of greater importance for tutoring than one's innate intelligence. I am confident in my ability to teach and have performed well in various subjects, including Drama (100%), History (92%), English (85%), Afrikaans (84%), and Mathematics (79%).
Education
• In 2023 I am continuing my degree in Business Science specialising in Finance and accounting at the University of Cape Town.

Achievements
• I managed to achieve an average of 85% in my matric finals with 5 distinctions and a stubborn 79% for mathematics. I went on a tour to Truro in Cornwall and won an internationally attended competition with my school singing group (The Duke of Cornwall singers) which I was also the head of.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI achieved 92% for history and can help with study techniques for absorbing the needed content as well as the most effective ways to apply that knowledge in tests to achieve the maximum marks possible. Essay assistance includes structuring for source-based and discursive essays.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI achieved 85% in English in school. I can assist with speech delivery which was aided by dramatic arts. I can guide learners in answering Poetry, critical literacy and comprehension questions. Furthermore, exam technique, essay assistance and study techniques are areas in which I can help.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI achieved 84% in Afrikaans first additional language in school. I can assist learners with sentence structure, comprehension techniques, poetry as well as visual literacy questions. I can also guide learners in terms of study techniques and summaries.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBI can assist learners with the key concepts that form a foundation t their later years of high school. Factorising, solving equations, finance, geometry etc. I can furthermore aid in exam techniques and study techniques for Mathematics.
