I absolutely love teaching and helping children overcome any negative thoughts and feelings towards Math/Math Lit. I have all the patience in the world, with 33 years experience in remedial teaching.
Teaching is my passion, and my love of the subject filters through to the children. I have the ability to teach and explain at their level, which is crucial for them to understand. Most importantly, I make learning fun!!

Achievements
• My proudest achievement is teaching Math Lit at a Remedial school, achieving a 100% pass rate from 2008 to 2019.
• I am proud to say I achieved my Math Lit qualification Cum Laude through NMMU.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCTaught Mathematical Literacy since 2006 at a Remedial School Since 2008 (first Matric Year NSC) 100% pass rate, except for one year had one failure - learner did rewrite and passed. My love for this subject makes it a pleasure to teach - en sommer in Afrikaans ook!! Look forward to hearing from you
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSCTaught Gr 7 to 9 Mathematics from 1987 to 2007, then switched full time to Mathematical Literacy. Taught for 33 years in a Remedial School, achieving excellent results. Offered extra lessons to many learners over the years from various schools in Durban. Gr 6 to Gr 9 welcome!!
