Maths Literacy is often undermined and students shy away from seeking help because of the preconceptions. My goal is to remove that stigma, providing engaging and effective individual tailored lessons to assist the learners in growing their understanding and boosting their marks!

I followed through with Economics from High School to University, maintaining a distinction in each year. My goal is to guide students through what is often perceived as a complex subject, breaking down and simplifying the key concepts, clarifying the student's understanding.

1 year experience working for Elevate Education as a study skills presenter. I have had 43 sessions (with each session about 1.5 hour) to date across various schools in the Western Cape, including both IEB and CAPS curriculum schools. I recently got promoted in September.

I studied in Brazil as an exchange student. I lived there for a year with a strictly Portuguese speaking family and attended school with Portuguese as the medium language. After 4 months, I had become fluent in the language! I also informally tutored English to Portuguese-speaking individuals.

I am a Zulu native speaker. I grew up with my grandmother who prides herself as a Zulu woman and has since instilled that pride in me. I enjoy sharing my language to diverse groups of people and teaching them various Zulu expressions.
