I am a young man who is passionate, driven and self-motivated. My dream is to become a qualified Actuary. I am currently an Actuarial Consultant with management experience. I'm a man on a mission.

I believe I am a good tutor because I have an overwhelming desire to discuss and help others with academic problems within my realm. In addition, I am articulate and well-spoken with experience in public speaking. Based on my years of experience Tutoring for Teach Me 2, I believe tutoring is not about gross dictation but rather about catering to each student's needs and level of understanding.

Accounting

First Year

I excelled in all of my Financial Accounting courses with distinction from the University of Cape Town. I enjoy tutoring Accounting and I am confident in my ability to assist.

Financial Reporting

First Year

I am able to tutor Financial Reporting at first year level. I know the challenges that can come with this subject and so would enjoy helping others to overcome them.

Introduction to Actuarial Science

First Year

I completed this course at UCT and have tutored it since. I am now an Actuarial Consultant in a full time capacity, which gives me an even greater insight into the actuarial space.

Mathematics

First Year - Third Year

I completed Mathematics 1 and Mathematics 2 from the University of Cape Town. I also completed a major in Mathematics (2013). I received distinctions in these modules and have extensive tutoring experience.

Calculus

I hold a degree in Mathematics and make use of the skills in my consulting work. I have also been tutoring these concepts for over half a decade with great improvements observed for students.
