Bio
I am a special-needs tutor, and I have thus learned that children always learn in different ways, and the key is to find out how they process information. Learning does not have to be stressful!
I am the eldest of 4 siblings, and each one of them has ADHD. Through this, I have learned incredible patience, and I am also a very non-threatening person which I find puts learners at ease. Working with special needs children and tutoring has taught me ways in which I can connect with each individual, and make the learning process interactive and natural, as opposed to rigid and unimaginative.

Achievements
• I believe that education is the key to life, so I am proud of obtaining my first degree with distinction and then carrying on with my honours. Another achievement of mine is getting the job of being a Second Language Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pretoria's Mining Department.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEB, NSC, CAPSI enjoyed using Mathematical Literacy to learn practical mathematics concepts I could use in everyday life. I completely understand the mental block, and I focus on both teaching and boosting self-esteem.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEB, NSC, CAPSBiology can be an overwhelming subject, with genetics being a genuinely confusing topic. I can assist with breaking down that information into various parts and using a multitude of learning techniques to further the understanding of this topic.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEB, NSC, CAPSThe English language is one of my passions, and this is why I went into the degree of Publishing. I am an avid reader and focus on the way of thinking one needs to understand English as a subject, as opposed to just cramming and memorising information.
