Mathematics has always been one of my favourite subjects, but it all depended on the teacher and method of teaching. I believe that each individual learns differently, and it is my goal to adapt my teaching to your child's needs. Maths can indeed be fun!

I absolutely love Life Sciences. It was one of the most interesting subjects in school and it essentially made me decide to pursue a career in Genetics. I would love to teach this subject and try to instil an interest/passion in the student.

I know how challenging Physical Science can be, and without extra help, I would not have been able to do as well as I did. I would love to assist a student struggling with this subject, and also help them to gain confidence. With confidence, you can master anything, including Physical Science!

Afrikaans is my home language, and I am very passionate about it. I believe it is a beautiful and simple language, once you get the hang of it, and I would love to be the person who demonstrates this.

I love the English language and completed two scientific degrees in English with ease (even though it isn’t my home language). I am excellent at grammar, spelling, and writing, and would be able to assist in any of these categories.

My father grew up in Germany and taught me quite a bit about the language. I am very good with pronunciation, writing, and Grammatik (grammar).

I have two degrees in Science and therefore my background is strong. I can explain complex topics and create methods to retain large amounts of information.

Psychology is an extremely interesting subject. I performed very well in this subject and would love to help a student achieve the same. There is a certain method of studying that will certainly help and I can assist in showing the student how to do this.

I have a degree in Physiology and found the subject to be fascinating. It entails quite a lot of studying, but with the right methods, it can be done effectively. I am able to explain different topics such as cancer, haematology, the CNS, the endocrine system, immune function, and many more.
