Bio
I am a friendly face with a constant desire to find how I can help others. I am rooted in an identity that believes in hard-work, mutual respect, and setting goals.
I have the ability to be very patient. After tutoring grade 10 maths for an NPO last year, I learnt very quickly that everyone works at a different pace and the ability to meet someone, where they are, is important. I found that my most successful tutoring sessions were the ones where my students felt comfortable enough with me to make mistakes so that we could work together to solve them.

Achievements
• Running my first half-marathon last year. The medal was worth all the training and the inability to walk after the race.

• In 2017 I was chosen as a Top 30 for the SAICA Student Leadership Summit. This was for an essay that I wrote about my aspirations to be a Social Entrepreneur.

History
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCHistory was my favourite subject in High School because my teachers were very good at giving us the big picture of each topic and managed to get into the mechanics of answering each type of question. I hope to do the same for any student struggling.
Accounting
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am currently studying a Bcom: CA degree. Accounting is the foundation of my degree. I am able to understand how principle-based learning is the key to confidently answering any question, something that I hope to teach students to aim towards.
