I am self-driven and teach./tutor using the socratic method to have a student master a subject be it in chemistry or mathematics to improve their skills and foster a degree of accomplishment.
I am an avid listener and not just a talker and this helps me to understand the psyche of the particular students in order to better tutor that individual to get a better success rate in the subject area.

• B.S. (Pharmacy)/M.S. Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Ph.D, Medicinal Chemistry. 40 plus years working in industry as a degreed chemist and managing people towards a common goal.

• Tutoring a student with limited knowledge of a subject area such as chemistry and getting them to a point where they show the ability to obtain grades which surprise them selves and build up their self esteem and feeling of accomplishment.
