I am a natural science alumnus and recently obtained my Master's degree with distinction. I enjoy teaching others and I acted as a mentor and practical demonstrator during my postgraduate career.

• I obtained my MSc in Genetics with distinction at the University of Pretoria in 2020.
• I co-authored an academic publication: "Utility of DNA barcoding in native Oreochromis species" in 2020.
• I became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2016.
