I often help classmates who are struggling with the subject and most of the time they commend me for how well I explain it, and how they can easily understand what I'm explaining. I have also always had a natural affinity for mathematics.

I obtained a final mark of 92% (distinction) for Information Technology (IT) in my Grade 12 finals. I am passionate about IT and the problem solving required in the subject. I am currently doing a BSc in Computer Science at Wits, and I plan on basing my career around coding and programming.

I am a passionate writer, and often write creative pieces during my own time. Generally, I can easily pick up on grammatical errors, and in school my friends would often rely on me to edit their essays.

I have a good understanding of LO and the topics taught within it and am confident in my ability to transfer this understanding to others.

Accounting was a subject where I very regularly found myself explaining concepts to my classmates, so I am rather confident in my ability to teach it.

I have received a distinction in all first and second year Computer Science courses I have completed, and have a passion for learning about as well as teaching the subject. I have tutored first year Computer Science for WITS university.
