I am organised and result-oriented. I am also very approachable and adaptable, making me not only pleasant to work with, but also a great leader.
I bear in mind my students' learning styles, be it visual, auditory, reading, writing, or kinesthetic. This means that my teaching resources not only include useful notes, but also color-coded diagrams, short videos, and activities that help make learning easier and more stimulating!
