I am a very passionate and enthusiastic individual that aims to spread as much knowledge about evolution in the Human Resources sphere. I am also patient in understanding that learner abilities vary.
A quality that makes me great at helping others is my ability to understand myself which enables me to have empathy when dealing with others. An intrinsic understanding of myself allows me to be great in my leadership position because I am able to lead with understanding of the perspective my potential clients are approaching and attending the lesson at.

My second most proud achievement is having started my YouTube channel(Keitumetse Litelu)that prioritizes personal development through reflection sessions that aim to gain accountability
