Bio
I am currently a 3rd-year mechanical engineering student at UP who lives near campus with two dogs. I am also a musician who plays with the UP orchestra as well as at weddings and events part-time.
I love helping people improve a skill, and to watch a passion take root. In most cases, I struggled on my own to such a degree that I know what it is like to need a helping hand, which has led me to enjoy helping others help themselves.

• 2017 - 2020 BEng Mechanical - University of Pretoria.
• 2011 - 2020 Experience as a saxophonist.
• 2014 - 2020 Experience as an orchestra player.

Achievements
• Last year I won first place at the Philip Moore national music competition, one of the highest esteemed competitions in the country.
• After my second year of study, I was selected to be a member of the Golden Key Club, a merit-based exclusive club that only lets in the highest achieving students.

Beginner (Grades 1 - 3) - Intermediate (Grades 4 - 6) ABRSM Grade 8I have nine years of experience playing saxophone, and around seven years playing in orchestras and bands. I have completed my Royal Schools(ABRSM) Grade 8 with distinction and recently completed the Performance Diploma also with distinction.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am currently studying Mechanical engineering at UP so I work with mathematics on a daily basis. This has left me with a deeper understanding of mathematics which will hopefully enable me to teach it quite well.
