I am a patient, fun-loving person. I love learning from students. I believe that it's the best part of teaching, being able to learn from my students as well as equip them with knowledge and skills.
I am a qualified intermediate-phase teacher and I have experience in the classroom and with tutoring students. I am a patient and understanding educator. I have also done community service in which I assisted students with homework and/or other work. I believe everyone learns at their own pace, I will use various teaching methods. I am able to facilitate students' learning and understanding.
Education
• 2010-2014: Completed high school with a Bachelor's pass and 1 distinction.
• 2016-2019: Earned Bachelor's degree in IP teaching specializing in Mathematics & Geography.

Geography
Grade 1 - Grade 9 CAPSI am very passionate about the earth and environment so Geography is one of the subjects I really put effort into making fun and interesting for learners to learn. One of my teaching specialization subjects is Geography.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSI am fluent in English as it is my home language and I have studied it since primary school all the way through to university. I am able to give learners the skills they require to understand the English language better.
Additional Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 6 CAPSMy other specialization subject is Mathematics. I went from barely passing Maths in school to obtaining a distinction at university. Mathematics can be made easy all you need is the right teacher.
Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSI have studied Life Orientation since primary school. I enjoy teaching it to my students because we deal with basic life skills that are incorporated into the curriculum.
Natural Science
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSNatural Sciences is one of the most interesting subjects to teach and learn. I use many resources to teach Natural Sciences so that learners become apart of the lesson rather than just observe it. I've done Natural Sciences since primary school. I am currently teaching Grade 7 Natural Sciences.
Homework
Grade 1 - Grade 8 CAPSI love assisting learners with homework. I have done four weeks of community service in which I assisted learners with their homework. I am also able to help with assignments.
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 6 CAPSI have improved my own mathematics skills drastically. Just by learning the correct techniques. Which I am ready to share with all the learners I tutor.
Social Science
Grade 1 - Grade 6 CAPSThis is one of my favorite subjects to teach!!! I love assisting learners with social science assignments and to prepare for their tests as I have various methods to help them achieve their desired results.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSI am able to teach Afrikaans to learners who are learning it as a First Additional Language. I did get a distinction in university and enjoy teaching learners various techniques to make Taal easier. I am currently teaching Grades 5,6 and 7 Afrikaans at a primary school.
Technology
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSI am currently teaching Grade 7 Technology. I am able to assist learners with their projects and assessments by giving them ideas and study tips for their tests.
Economic Management Science (EMS)
Grade 1 - Grade 7 CAPSI am able to prepare learners for their tests and assist them with their assignments. I am currently teaching Grade 7 EMS. I can also assist learners with study strategies to improve their marks.
