“To be [dedicated] or not to be. That is the question” ~ Shakespeare. I am passionate about what I do, and determined to see things through. I believe that hard work > talent.
Over our high school years, my twin and I started working together to strengthen our respective weaknesses. Through our discussions, I discovered a newfound appreciation for compounding one’s knowledge through active learning. I believe that active learning can also encourage intrinsic motivation within a student, especially if the most challenging and “detested” topics are dealt with first.

• Matriculating with 9 distinctions and being ranked within the top 5% of learners in 6 or more subjects in the NSC examinations of November 2022

• Being awarded 95% for my final IEB music practical (Gr 8 ABRSM)

• Getting accepted into medicine at WITS, UP and UCT.

English was one of my favorite subjects in school as I have a passion for writing and poetry. In my free time, I have privately tutored IEB Grade 11 English.
