My name is Thabiso Mpele and I am easy to approach and talk to. I have a big personality so I am an outspoken person.
Lets say I am explaining something you do not understand and you tell me you do understand, I can easily pick it up that you are not understanding, or I will simply ask you to explain the work. I will then find other examples until you understand the work. I will not move on to the next part until you understand it, that is just me.
