Bio
I have a bright personality and excellent interpersonal skills. I pride myself on academic excellence and have a passion for teaching and assisting others within and outside the academic space.
As a current post-graduate student I have been provided several opportunities to exercise my leadership and teaching skills through mentorship during orientation week, lab demonstration and tutoring experience as well as a few opportunities to lecture 2nd year course content. These experiences have inspired me to continue in the pursuit of helping and teaching others.

Achievements
• I have graduated Cum Laude with a BSc in Biotechnology, and I am a member of the Golden Key Honour Society. I went on to obtain a BSc Honours degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, and in Grade 12 I was ranked in the Top 10 for Business Studies in Western Cape (97% in 2018).

Grade 1 - Grade 10 NSCAs a current MSc Biotechnology candidate, I have a good background in the biological sciences and have experience tutoring course modules related to biotechnology/biological sciences like molecular biology, biochemistry and microbiology.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCAs a postgraduate student we are frequently involved in academic reading and writing. At a high school level, I excelled in English HL and thus I would be a good fit for tutoring English HL subject matter.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am proficient in Afrikaans and have excelled academically in the language. While I haven't formally tutored before, I am confident that I will be able to transfer my strong language skills and communication abilities to assist students with their studies.
Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI achieved 78% in Life Orientation and excelled academically in the subject. Although I have not formally tutored this subject before, I have prior experience tutoring other subjects and my communication skill and tutoring style with benefit me in assisting students.
