Bio
I am friendly, patient, and empathetic which allows me to create a safe space for people to feel confident. I am also an aspiring psychologist and lawyer so I deeply value connecting with people.
I am a critical thinker and good at writing and communicating which makes me a good tutor. My experience as a tutee has furnished me with study advice and skills that I have utilised to become an A student. Importantly, I am empathetic which allows me to gauge needs that are unique to the student and determine when they can be pushed a bit further or when they need a break.
Education
• I matriculated in 2020 with 7 distinctions from Reddam House Bedfordview.
• I am a 3rd year Law and Psychology student at the University of the Witwatersrand.

• Matriculating with all As.
• Getting into Law school.
• I have recently become confident and comfortable with my achievements and have begun to recognise them as the result of my hard work instead of downplaying them. This is an achievement in itself.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI am a great History tutor because I create storylines and questions that make the content easily understandable. I also assist students in making summaries that they will never forget.
Business Studies
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am a great Business Studies tutor because I am able to develop, and can teach, application skills that are necessary for being successful in this subject.
Mathematics Literacy
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am a great Mathematical Literacy tutor because I can teach students to pay careful attention to detail and apply formulae and theory to practical questions asked.
Life Orientation
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am a great Life Orientation tutor because I can teach students how to apply concepts taught to everyday situations and help them understand life skills.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI am a good Life Sciences tutor because I encourage understanding - through different diagrams for instance- as opposed to mere memorisation of concepts. This is instrumental in answering any question however they may be asked in tests and exams.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 8 IEBI am a great English tutor because I encourage comprehension of explicit and implicit ideas in passages. I also emphasise attention to sentence structure, grammar, and textual editing which further aids comprehension and creates well-written assessments.
