I am very passionate & proactive concerning lecturing in management related modules. I love conceptual & theoretical analysis and case study applications.
I enjoy coaching & mentoring students to empower them to understand and apply themselves in real life situations. I assist students in principle-based learning and adopt outcome-based & result-oriented approach.
Education
• PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies in Leadership & Management, Master's in Sociology/Mngt & Bachelor in Management. I have twenty years experience in lecturing, training & development at universities.

First Year - Fourth Year MNGT401/402/411/412I have twenty years experience in lecturing in management and management-related subjects such as business management, strategic management, human resources management and entrepreneurship. I make use of PowerPoints, class discussions, case study application, video presentation & online.
Business Management
First Year - Fourth YearI lectured this subject/module for the last ten years at the Durban University of Technology; University of KwaZulu-Natal and Richfield Institute of Technology. I also provided business management training for the Corporate business sector.
